Bulk and wholesale orders are handled with extra care to maintain quality during transit. You can also opt for local pickup if you prefer. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service availability.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer.
Muthunagar Karuvadu is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
- To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately after placing the order.
Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
- Return or replacement requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- Refund or replacement is applicable only if the product bottle is broken, damaged, or leaking upon arrival.
- An unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing the sealed package being opened without any cuts or edits.
- Claims raised without an unboxing video will not be considered.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted for taste, personal preference, or change of mind.
- Upon verification, an eligible replacement or refund will be processed within the applicable timeline.
Packaging & Quality Assurance Policy
- All products are hygienically prepared and securely sealed to ensure freshness and safety.
- We follow strict quality checks before dispatch to minimize transit-related issues.
- Minor oil separation or natural settling of ingredients is normal and does not qualify as damage.
Damage & Tampering Policy
- If the package appears tampered with or damaged, customers are advised not to accept the delivery and to inform us immediately.
- Accepted orders with visible damage must be supported with a valid unboxing video to raise a claim.
Storage & Usage Policy
- Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Always use a clean, dry spoon to maintain freshness and shelf life.
- Refrigeration is recommended after opening for pickles.
